iQdata | The intelligent Data Center
iQdata is SCHÄFER's brand for integrated system solutions for the data center. As an experienced specialist for IT infrastructure, SCHÄFER IT-Systems offers companies and data centres the entire product range for the complete equipment of a data centre with iQdata:
- Rack | wide base of different racks and an extremely wide range of accessories meet almost every requirement. For flexible interior design of the server racks in connection with accessibility from all sides, as well as stationary or mobile use, for example, the multitude of possible combinations.
- Cooling | Cooling can account for more than a third of the total energy consumption in the data center. These solutions cool the data center infrastructure with maximum energy efficiency and reduce costs sustainably. The diverse product range includes in-house developed side, back or in-rack coolers and enclosures for cold or hot aisles.
- Power | An intelligent power supply is a must for every data center. The power distribution units are available as Basics PDUs, Smart PDUs or Customized PDUs and meet almost any requirement for number and shape of slots. The possibility of cascading the PDUs leads to more flexibility and efficiency in the power supply.
- Monitoring | With the intelligent sensor concept, data center infrastructure management (DCIM) is significantly simplified. Climate control, door management, temperature, humidity and power supply are monitored within the rack or the entire server room.
- Security | For the case of fire detection and extinguishing, SCHÄFER IT-Systems has developed a 3-stage security concept for data protection. Depending on the data centre structure, both an integrated rack and room extinguishing system can be implemented. Intelligent door locking systems on a mechanical or electronic basis complete the overall concept.
